Alneus J. Prosper is a passionate and dedicated advocate for children in need, committed to helping them achieve their goals through education and social support. With a career spanning over two decades in social services, he has played a crucial role in numerous humanitarian projects, particularly in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake in Haiti.
His unwavering dedication to social justice has led him to collaborate with major international organizations, including UNICEF, the Inter-American Development Bank (BID), and Food for the Poor. Through these partnerships, he has worked tirelessly to provide food, resources, and support to vulnerable communities, ensuring that those most in need receive the assistance they deserve.

Jean’s passion extends beyond his professional work—he is a natural communicator who thrives on social interactions, using his voice to advocate for those who do not have one. He also enjoys painting and traveling, finding inspiration in different cultures and experiences.
Driven by his vision for a brighter future, Jean migrated to the United States to expand his efforts and establish OREA, an organization dedicated to empowering young people through education. His dream is to build a strong youth development and scholarship program that fosters leadership, communication, and academic excellence. He firmly believes that education is the foundation for progress and is committed to pushing it to the highest level, ensuring that future generations have the opportunities they need to succeed.
Through OREA, Jean P. Alneus continues to work toward his mission of creating lasting change, inspiring young minds, and building a better tomorrow.
